    Change is scary. So too, letting go of what once was so familiar to you can bring up resistance. We've all been there many times in life.     Unfortunately, there isn't one breakup emergency kit or retreat that can magically fix bad habits and/or broken hearts. I wish there were! I would gift you one if I could. Instead, it's the hard work that does the healing—feeling the pain inside your soul, reflecting on what went wrong so you can better understand yourself, gathering the courage to move away from destructive patterns and welcome the unknown, and, finally, taking action to get the life you want and deserve. This retreat/course serves as a force that helps kickstart your healing process by providing you with necessary tools and information to empower you to heal from your emotional wound, build new productive habits and therefore transform your life.
  • What's your COVID-19 policy
    Your safety is our top priority! We've been closely monitoring COVID-19 pandemic situation and therefore adjust our policy based on the U.S. Center of Disease Control's guidance, our local state rules and regulations, as well as our venue's policy. The policy below is subject to change. Participants will be notified as new updates have been made. Face Mask: As the face mask mandates in public areas have been lifted, we recognize that enforcing face mask mandates would not be sufficient to fully control our retreat's environment. There's no face mask mandate at the retreat at this time, unless required by local regulations. However, we highly encourage our participants to wear masks indoor at our retreat. COVID-19 vaccination: Similar to our face mask policy, due to the reason above, we are no longer requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Negative COVID-19 Testing: We will conduct an onsite ATK Covid-19 test on the first day of the retreat during Meet & Greet. All participants are required to be tested negative. In an event that you test positive during Meet & Greet, you'll be presented with 2 options: 1) Not participate in the retreat and receive full refund that you originally paid to Moments of Reset LLC (aka. MyCoachPav.com). 2) Participate virtually and receive 50% refund that you originally paid to Moments of Reset LLC (aka. MyCoachPav.com). Please refer to refund policy for more information.   • Is there any limitation on age and gender?
    We welcome participants of all genders and sexual orientations. However, we strongly recommend that participant is 18 years old and above to ensure the optimal experience. If participant is under 18, we will require a signed parental consent and release form.
  • What's next after I register?

    No. There is currently no live Q&As when signing up "Workshop" only option. However, you're welcome to join me during Tiktok LIVE every Sunday 9-10 PM where I cover various topics related to financial literacy. Also you'll be provided a link to facebook page, in which you're encouraged to participate and/or share your experience. If you prefer a more hands on approach, I encourage you to look into "Money Mastery" membership program that comes with weekly "Money Insight Hour" - an exclusive, membership only, Q&A forum.
  • What is the refund and cancellation policy for the Workshop Only?
    For workshop registrations, you can cancel within 24 hours after your purchase, and you won't be charged for the workshop.     We offer flexible pricing options to suit your needs. You can choose from our auto-renew monthly membership in which you can cancel anytime (so you won't get charge for the month after) at $129 per month, a 3-month plan paid at once for $294 which will be auto renewed after 3 months, or an annual plan at $936 which will be auto renewed after 12 months or you can cancelled anytime and you won't be charge for the next pay period. Select the option that aligns with your financial goals.
  • Will I get a workbook or other class materials?
    Absolutely! Once you join, you'll receive access to a digital workbook that's packed with essential resources. We highly recommend a hard copy of the workbook for a deeper learning experience (available at an additional cost). You'll have everything you need to succeed. Additionally, you'll receive access to our Wealth Organizer tool which is a google xls sheet filled with many essential tools to help you manage and track your budget, income, expenses, debts, networth and more.
  • Will Money Mastery Membership work for me?
    You might be wondering if this program is right for you, whether you're a young professional, entrepreneur, or anyone ready to take charge of their financial life. The answer is a resounding YES! But here's the game-changer: Money Insight Hour, our live Q&A sessions, are available for 1 hour each, with 8 sessions per month.   • Where can I find information about Money Insight Hour?
    Pav holds Money Insight Hour sessions twice a week, and we strongly recommend attending at least one session per week. These LIVE online Q&A sessions are where you'll find the support and guidance you need to conquer financial challenges and achieve your goals.   • How many workshops can I join?

  • What's your cancellation policy
    For monthly subscribers, you can cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription's end date. If you have a 3-month or annual membership and choose to cancel, you will be refunded for the remaining months you have left (excluding the current month you are in). The refund calculation is as follows: Refund Amount = Initial Payment - (Number of Months Lapsed x $129) - Taxes (if applicable) Please note that the $129 is the original monthly membership cost without discount. If you cancel your membership prior to it expires, you forego the discount benefits you were initially given.
  • What's your refund policy?
